What we do

Valuation and Advisory Services

We value residential, commercial, and industrial properties for all purposes; such as sale or purchase, mortgage/credit facilities, receiverships, and balance sheet. The valuation services are usually to provide assessments of capital, forced sale, and insurance values, whilst we provide annual values for rental purposes. We deal with all types of residential, commercial, and industrial properties; whether they are owner-occupied or held as an investment, and including shops, warehouses, factories, depots, flats, and offices.

Our firm also has specialists trained in the valuation of chattels, furniture, and fittings and all types of plant and machinery, transportation facilities including motor vehicles, ocean-going vessels, barges, and aircraft; whether such valuations are required for mortgage, sale or purchase, insurance, business merger or break-up purposes.

We also undertake the valuation of certain complex, large and valuable properties. Such properties include metal fabrication works, steel production plants, breweries, refineries, chemical industries, airport terminals, aircraft, watercraft, cement plant, vehicles assembly plant, power generation, transmission and distribution plant, etc.


Estate Development/ Project Management

Our development service guides clients from initial development advice to the handing over of the completed building through the multiplicity of consultants, planning, finance, project management, and letting as required. Indeed, we engage in full project management service to relieve the developer of the day-to-day problems during the construction period.

In this regard, we prepare detailed pre-investment (feasibility and viability) studies of all forms of commercial and residential development, including advice on types of development, recommended, scope and size of the development, economics, and values involved in such development including the resultant cash flows and outline profit and loss accounts.

Our roles as project managers include the following: Assembling and co-ordination of the development consortium; Ensuring that the scheme is carried out efficiently, on time, and economically with the view to creating optimum returns; Liaising with your good selves; Advising on the adoption of systematic fund disbursement on the project; Monitoring the progress of construction works as they relate to the project design proposals; Ensuring hitch-free programming and execution of the project; Ensuring the quality standard of the construction works to your satisfaction; Ensuring that safety requirements are adequately complied with by the contractors; Reducing the vulnerability of the construction project to adverse changing economic conditions as they may occur.

Property/ Facility Management

Our property management services cover all types of properties from single houses to residential estates and from lock-up shops to multi-tenanted/occupied sky-scrapper offices and shopping malls.

Our management services include a collection of rents and service charges and accounting for these to Landlords and Tenants respectively. Others comprise supervising and cleaning and lighting of common parts, security, maintenance of plant including lifts, air conditioning, etc.; advice on rental values at revision dates, apportions and collects rates and electricity charges and recruits, pays and controls all management staff.


Estate Agency/ Brokerage

Here, we articulate negotiation of leases/tenancies on behalf of individual and corporate bodies for all types of real property needs; which include but are not limited to residential, office, retail, commercial, industrial and agricultural uses, etc. We also engage on behalf of our clients, in sourcing and negotiate the best offers for all facets of real estate products for sale, purchase, and auctioneering. More importantly, we follow through all needful processes to ensure smooth grant of possession, transfer of relevant title documents, execution of necessary legal papers by the parties and prompt remittance of the net returns to our valued principals, among other activities.
