Chief Isaac Olubunmi Folorunso
Managing Partner
Chief Isaac Folorunso, the Managing Partner of the firm holds a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Plant Option) and joined Knight Frank employment in 1987 as a Trainee Plant and Machinery Specialist Surveyor. He rose to become Partner, Head of Valuations and Advisory Department and retired at the mandatory age of retirement as a specialist in valuation of plant and machinery on December 31, 2020.
He is a Fellow of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
He has over three decades of cognate experience in valuation of specialized plant. This ranges from manufacturing industries, agricultural farm facilities, hotel and catering services, health facilities, telecommunications, oil and gas installations, metal/steel fabrication industries, automobile assembly plant, digital/electronic and printing media houses, ocean-going vessels, aircrafts and aviation equipment, sport facilities, oil rig facilities, flow station, gas plant, steel production industries, civil engineering and construction industry, flour mills, oil depot and tank farms, food and beverage industries, pharmaceutical industries etc.
Elder Oyegoke Akanbi Oyeleke

Oyegoke has over 25 years post qualification experience (mostly in Knight Frank Nigeria where he rose to become a Partner) in the Nigerian property market and has special interest in valuation/appraisal and advisory services. He has undertaken regular valuations in respect of owner-occupied and investment properties for large international companies, major insurance companies, pension funds and foreign governments.
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Town and Regional Planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management from the prestigious University of Ife, Nigeria (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife). He is a Fellow of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
Mumini Abidemi Lawal
Partner
Mumini is a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer with post qualification experience spanning over 25years in both private and corporate practices. Among his areas of competence are Valuation, Management as well as Agency. While in private practice at Jide Taiwo & Co., Darl Uzu Associates and Knight Frank Nigeria, he participated in various corporate and individual valuation assignments and management of properties. In his corporate practice with Conoil Plc, he was in charge of the management of all of the company’s real estate assets which includes all the retail outlets Pan-Nigeria.
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Management Technology from Lagos State University. He is an Associate of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria.
